Its good to read what goes through a developer's mind.&lt;BR/&gt;Regarding this post, I agree with your view and it is the obsession with Indian IT cos to hire PMP as PM (instead of promoting best talent). Also, quality of PMP certified is questionable because they have memorized likely QnA and used their bench time to read PMBOK. They are not shown (FF2) / shown as broken images (IE6) in the text, but load w/o error when I'm using the URL from the page source.
